NES Conference

Between 9-11 March, the final conference of the NES project was held.

Due to the current pandemic situation, the conference, scheduled to be held in Cascais, had to be held online.

It is true that the face-to-face format provides other moments of networking and informal learning, but the conference in an online format made it possible to reach those who are often difficult to reach, as well as greater democratization in access to information.

With a first day of the conference aimed essentially at the Portuguese educational community, the conference had 326 applications, including teachers, parents, stakeholders, school principals, researchers, entrepreneurs and policy makers.

The second day of the conference, with a total of 409 subscribers, was addressed to the international educational community, with participants from Portugal, Greece, Romania, Latvia, Bosnia Herzegovina, Mozambique, United States and Turkey.

Throughout the month of March, some of the moments and results will be published and shared on the project's website and social networks.

In addition to the different shares, the final conference document will also be shared with all those registered for the conference.

Thanks to the speakers, guests and participants.

It is with the contribution of each one that, together, we will build a more entrepreneurial and innovative educational ecosystem.
